ForgeAI ("we," "our," or "us") operates the ForgeAI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, and encrypted password when you create an account.
• Training Data: Your fitness goals, experience level, gym type, equipment preferences, workout sessions, exercise performance (sets, reps, weights), and difficulty ratings.
• Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, and session analytics to improve the App experience.
• Subscription Data: Subscription tier and purchase history (processed by RevenueCat and Apple/Google).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate personalized AI training plans and workout recommendations.
• To track your workout progress and provide performance analytics.
• To detect training plateaus and manage deload periods automatically.
• To provide AI coaching feedback during and after workouts.
• To manage your subscription and account.
• To improve the App and fix issues.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• OpenAI: Anonymized workout context to generate coaching messages. No personal identifiers are sent.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management and purchase verification.
• Smart Sync Partners: If you use Smart Sync Mode, your workout progress (exercise, set, and rep data) is visible to your linked training partner during shared sessions.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

• Access: You can export all your data in JSON format from the Settings screen.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings screen.
• Correction: You can update your profile and training preferences at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
