Welcome to ForgeAI. By using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ForgeAI is an AI-powered personal training application that provides:

• Personalized workout plan generation based on your goals and equipment.
• Real-time workout tracking and logging.
• AI coaching feedback and form cues.
• Adaptive training adjustments including plateau detection and deload management.
• Smart Sync Mode for training with a partner.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• ForgeAI offers free and premium subscription tiers (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, Pro+).
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies.
• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated systems to access the App.
• Interfere with the App's operation or other users' access.

6. Health Disclaimer

ForgeAI is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The App provides general fitness guidance based on AI algorithms. You should:

• Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
• Understand that AI-generated recommendations may not account for individual medical conditions.

We are not liable for any injuries or health issues resulting from following the App's workout recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in the App are owned by ForgeAI and protected by intellectual property laws. Your workout data belongs to you and can be exported at any time.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's Settings.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
